摘要
本文对如何提高铁水出炉温度作了分析,在实际操作中证明在恰当风量和焦比的条件下,能获得较高的铁水温度,而较高的焦比不能获得高的铁水温度,为节约焦炭燃烧强度不能太大。本文还对小料块和预热送风的作用分别进行了计算。
In this paper the factors of raising temperature of the melted iron in cupolas are discessed. Proved by practices, it is necessary to have an appropriate quantity of air to the coke ratio, and higher coke ratio does'nt turn out higher temperature of melted iron. Excessive burning strength is not desirable to save coke, the effect of preheated air and ckarge broken into small pieces are respectively evaluated as well.
