摘要
系统介绍了国内外有关纺织品和服装中有毒有害物质的法规及其最新进展 ,分析了国内外相关技术法规的差距。这对了解国外技术贸易壁垒 。
The technical regulations and their latest trends of China and other developed countries for textiles and apparel containing harmful substances were introduced and studied in this paper. The differences between them were also investigated, which were very helpful for exporters to break the foreign Technical Barriers and for domestic textiles and apparel to go into the international market.
