摘要
目的:观察硬肿消散膏外敷治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效。方法:将89例患儿随机分为治疗组50例,对照组39例。2组均采用综合治疗与常规护理,治疗组加用硬肿消散膏(由熟附子、黄芪、肉桂、丁香、草乌、川乌、乳香、没药、当归、丹参、红花、川芎、地锦草等组成)外敷。结果:治疗组显效46例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率98.0%。对照组显效15例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率77.5%。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:硬肿消散膏外敷治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Yinzhong Xiaosan Gao(YXG) for sclerema neonatorum(SN). Methods: 89 cases of SN were allocated to treat-ment group(50 cases) and control group(39 cases) randomly. Both groups were treated by comprehensive treatment and routine nurs-ing, and the treatment group by adding YXG (composed of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Radix Astragali, Cortex Cinnamomi, Flos Caryophylli, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Aconiti, Olibanum, Myrrha, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Flos Carthami, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae, etc. ) for exteral application. Results: In treatment group, 46 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate being 98. 0% ; and 15, 16, 8 and 77. 5% in control group respectively(P<0.01) . Conclusion: YXG possesses a satisfactory curative effect for SN.
