摘要
为观察五藤胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效 ,82例中晚期类风关患者设治疗组 (4 3例 )服用五藤胶囊 ,对照组 (39例 )服用雷公藤多甙片 ,疗程均为 2个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,对照组总有效率为 74 36 %(P <0 0 5 )。治疗组在改善患者关节肿胀、晨僵程度方面优于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。
To observe the clinical effects of “Wuteng Capsule” in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, 82 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 43 cases were treated by the Capsule and control group in which 39 cases were treated by leigongtengduodaipian, both with a course of 2 months. The clinical symptoms, ESR, RF, C-reactive protein, C 3 and blood rheology were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 74.4% in control group, P<0.05; the clinical symptoms improved better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01, P<0.05).
