本文介绍了几种脱硫剂、脱氯剂在甲醇、丁辛醇、合成聚丙烯等工业原料净化处理运行情况。 1 引言随着合成氨、石油化工生产技术不断向纵深发展,一些工艺过程如重整、加氢、制氢、聚合以及羰基合成制丁醇、乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷、乙二醇、低压法合成甲醇等正向节能、高效方向迈进,其使用多年的催化剂逐渐被节能、高效的新型催化剂所代替。新型催化剂的出现。
The application and operation of the purifying catalyst developed and offed by the Research Institute of Fertilizer Industry and its subsidiary factory in Kunshan, Jiang su, is described in this paper. Some performances of the catalyst and operation are presented. The purifying catalyst has been widely used in the large—scale petroleum and chemical installations for production of methanol, butanol, polypropylene, synthetic ammonia, etc. This catalyst offered has been substituted for the same kind of catalyst imported, with the technology of purification and refined desulfurization coming up to advanced world standards.
