摘要
提出了金属矿山井下开采的四阶段安全评价方法,即SCL—FMEA—IFTA、ETA—综合安全管理及风险评价。根据统计分析,确定了安全检查表(SCL)各检查项目的分数分配和评价指标;确定了风险率评价指标。
A four-step evaluation technique for the safely in undagroua1 mining in the metal mine is given,i.e. SCL-FMEA-FTA&ETA-Evalualion of Overall Safety Management and Risks. Based on the statistic analysis, the grading method for each checking iterm in the Safety Checking List (SCL) and evaluation indexes are determined, the assessing norms of the risk probability also identified.
