对发展平顶可缩支架的看法

摘要 讨论平顶可缩支架对地质条件、巷道断面、承载能力和可缩量适应性的讨论,认为可以发展和推广这种支架. Coal mines are located in most part of China. Geological conditions of coal seams are complex. Roadways in soft surrounding rocks can be supported by arched support or circular support. If immediate roof is stable, it is favourable to adopt flat-topped yieldable support to support roadways. The flat-topped yieldable support has advantages of keeping roof complete, high efficiency of using roadway cross section, easy manufacturing support and good economical results. Complete roof makes that roof beam touch flat natural roof tightly and stably. Area of cross section of flat-topped yielding support is from 6.5 to 10 m^2 and suitable for needs of most of roadway supporting in China. It needs to add an auxliary prop to the middle of the support if area of the support achieves 12 to 21.7 m^2. Supporting capacity needing for gob roadway is from 100 to 300 KN per unit. Supporting capacity of flat-topped yielding support is from 300 to 400 KN per unit and more than needing supporting capacity for gob roadway. Yielding height of flat-topped yielding supporting is from 400 to 600 mm, which retards pressure given by surrounding rocks on the support and improves loading condition of flat-topped support.
