摘要
介绍了硝化棉煮洗工艺过程及影响其安定处理质量的因素,在分析硝化棉煮洗工艺过程控制的特点和难点的基础上,设计构造了一个专家控制系统,并采用了不同的专家智能控制方法。在对控制变量状态模糊区分的基础上,采用仿人智能方法控制煮洗温度,实时系统和专家系统协同工作控制煮洗压力,解决了硝化棉安定性处理过程控制中的安全问题,并将该系统应用于工程技术改造中。
The process of boiling nitrocellulose under pressure and the factors influencing on its stable treatment were introduced. Based on the analysis of the difficulties and characteristics of controlling the process, an artificial expert control system was put forward, and different control methods were used in this system. On the basis of fuzzy treatment of variable state, the human-like intelligent control method was used to control the temperature. The expert system and the real-time system control the pressure. The safety problems existing in the process control of boiling under pressure of nitrocellulose were thus resolved. This expert control system was applied in the modification of engineering technology.
