摘要
依据生态工业、化学工程、系统科学的基本原理与方法,对黄磷生产废弃物的资源化过程开展了研究,应用系统集成思想,遵循循环经济的理念,综合经济、环境、技术、市场等因素,将黄磷、微晶玻璃、硅灰石、微细粉体掺合料和玄武岩连续纤维生产工艺有机地综合在一个共生系统中,集成化工、建材和冶金三大领域的先进技术和工艺,提出了跨越多个行业、多产品的、完全利用黄磷生产中废弃的"渣、气、热"的多产品共生方案。文中重点对多产品共生方案中的产品进行了工艺技术分析,提出了方案的实施计划,并分析了该方案的经济、生态环境和社会效益。
In the light of the fundamental principle and methods of industrial ecology,chemical engineering and systematic science,a recycling process of molten yellow phosphorus slag and other exhaust is studied and production technologies for yellow phosphorus,ceramic glass,wollastonite,superfine powder blends and silicon nitride continuous fibers are integrated and an operable multi-product symbiosis scheme is mapped out in view of environment,economy,technology,and market to utilize entirely slag,exhaust gas and heat left from the production of yellow phosphorus.The key technology of each product and implement plan of scheme is demonstrated.Economic,ecological and social benefits of the multi-product symbiosis scheme is analyzed at last.
