作者叙述了空气炮的工作原理、煤仓堵塞的几种形式、空气炮在井下的试验情况以及收到的效果等问题.
—It is an unsolved problem to prevent coal bin underground from blocking or open blocked coal bin safely at coal mine. In practice, if coal bin is blocked severely and blocked position of coal bin is alittle far away from bottom of the coal bin, blocked coal bin can be opened by blasting.
It has several disavantages to adopt blasting to open blocked coal bin, such as it is hard to go through formalities of adopting blasting to open blacked coal bin; it takes long time to check blocked coal bin and make preparations before blasting so that it will decrease output; there are dangerous factors in blasting procedure. Xiandewang coal mine, Xingtai Bureau, adopted airbreaker made at Xingyang airbreaker Factory to deal with blocked coal bin and got good results.
The paper explains principle of airbreaker, several blocking forms of coal bin, the selection and installation of airbreaker and matters needing attention during using airbreaker.
