摘要
目的 :评价鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法 :对 1 6 8例声带息肉采用鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜 ,在监视器下手术切除。结果 :随访≥ 3月 ,治愈 1 6 4例 (97.6 % ) ,好转 2例 (1 .1 9% ) ,无效 2例(1 .1 9% ) (均为术后复发 )。结论 :鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉 ,视野清晰 ,操作简便 ,精确度高 ,手术安全 。
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of polyp of vocal cord with nasal endoscopic combined with supporting laryngoscope.Methods:To adopt nasal endoscopic combined supporting laryngoscope to operate under monitor in 168 cases.Results Followed up ≥ 3 months,163 cases recovered (97.6%),2 cases improved (1.19%),with both recurred after operations. Conclusion This treatment's field of vision is clear,operation is simple,and safe.It has a high accuracy and a good curative effect.
