摘要
采用颜料重 1 0 %～ 3 0 %的辛基吡咯烷酮 ,润湿分散 2 0 %～ 3 0 %固体份的碳黑或有机颜料 ,进行预分散 3 0min后 ,砂磨机研磨 4h至细度 5 μm ,加入 0 1 %～ 3 %的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 ,调配搅拌 3 0min ,可制得分散稳定性好 ,颜色鲜艳光泽好 ,不含干酪素及类似物的非离子型颜料色浆 ,具有科莱恩NeosanCF颜料浆性能 ,尤其适用于轻涂饰苯胺革的着色。
Appling octane pyrrolidone by 10% to 30% of pigment weight to wet and disperse carbon black or organic pigment,following pre-dispersing 30min,then grinding for 4h in grinding machine,5μm fineness of grind,finally adding of polyvinyl 0.1% to 3% pyrrolidone and stirring 30min,the stable aqueous dispersion of pigment fluid(pigment content 20% to 30%)are prepared,which being in gay colors and glossly,no-casein or similar casein material,non-ionic pigment colors,with the similar property of Clariant Neosan CF pigment colors,especially to suit for thin finishing of amino-benzene leather.
