本文从煤层赋存条件、工作制度、工作面成本等方面述及综采队上百万吨的经验.
There were 52 high output fully mechanized faces, which output was more than 1 Mt of raw coal per year per face over last 8 years in Shanxi province. Total output of them were 57.45 Mt of raw coal. Average output per year per face achieved 1.1 Mt of raw coal. Main experience of high output are (1) every member of crew has a perfect mastery of operation technique and braves difficulties he meets; (2) location of panel must be selected reasonably; (3) longwall equipment munt be selected reasonably (4) links in the production chain of face suit face condition; (5) speep up drivage (6) insist in 'satety first' and enforce standa rdization management: (7) establish a good back up of technical servicer; (8) adopt effective measures to make income of every crew member reasonable; (9) use home-made longwall equipment. Some measures adopted are able to increase output. They are (1) unify planning of coal mining with due consideration for all concerned; (2) enforce roof control; (3) provide special crew for moving longwall equipment; (4) train crew to be skilled labour; (5) improve dispatching management to make the most of longwall equipment works.
