中温井式炉有效加热区与优化退火工艺的研究

摘要 采用微机控温测温技术,对影响中温井式炉温度均匀性和稳定性的各种工艺因素进行了试验研究,分析讨论了两种井式炉的温度反应特性以及工件加工质量与加工工艺存在不确定关系的原因,给出了优化退火工艺的具体步骤,提出了直接获得测量有效加热区的方法。 By meas of computer controlling temperature measuring know-how, the author experimentally studies various technical factors which affect uniformity and stability of temperature for intermediate well-type furnace,and analyses different temperature variation features for two kinds of well-type furnaces,meanwhile,discusses the main reasons of undefined relation existing between the quality of workpiece and machining technique, finally, works out the procedures of optimized annealing technique and comes along with the measuring method by which effective heating arear can be obtained directly.
