摘要
研制了折光率为1.5230,透明性好的无溶剂紫外线固化型结构胶。该胶对玻璃、塑料及金属的粘结强度高,玻璃接头在沸水中煮沸500h,在海水、酸液及碱液中室温浸泡4个月也不发生胶接界面的剥离,具有优良的耐热水、耐介质的粘接性,而且此胶的氧指数为43,具有良好的阻燃性。可开发应用于光学通信、电子、电气、汽车、机械等领域。
The UV—curing structure adhesive with refractive index of 1.5230 and good transparency and without solvent has been developed.The adhesive has high adhesive strength to glass,plastics and metal.The adhesive joint has excellent resistance to hot water and medium as no stripping of the adhensive interface with boiling in the boiling water for 500h and immersing in the sea water,acid and base solution at room temperature for 4 months. The adhesive has oxygen index of 43 and good fire retardance,and be applied in the optical communication,electronics,electric car and mechanical fields.
