无砂大孔绿化混凝土制备的初步研究 被引量:30

摘要 以水泥、单粒级的碎石、掺合料等为原料 ,制备出满足一定孔隙率和强度要求的无砂大孔绿化混凝土 ;用FeSO4进行降pH值处理后 ,将种子和营养土填入混凝土孔隙中 ,植物能在混凝土孔隙内部发芽和生长。文章初步探索出无砂大孔绿化混凝土孔隙率、强度与水胶比的关系 ,孔隙率、强度与胶凝材料用量的关系 ,孔隙率与强度的关系 ,粗骨料粒级与孔隙率及强度的关系 ,降低pH值的方法。为进一步深入研究绿化混凝土组成。 Non-sand big-hole planting concrete is made by the cement,single-grading crushed stone,admixture and so on,which is provided with certain porosity and strength.Seed and nourished clay are filled into the big holes of the concrete after its pH value is reduced.Thus,the plants can come up and grow in these holes.This kind of planting concrete is elementary explored in the relations including the relation of porosity,strength and the water-binder ratio;the relation of porosity,strength and the amount of cementing material;the relation of porosity and strength;the relation of crushed coarse aggregate grading,porosity and strength;and the methods of reducing pH value in this article.Moreover,basement is settled to research on the composition,structure,performance and preparation of this kind of planting concrete deeply.
