摘要
本文对垂直向上流动的均匀加热管内空泡份额的轴向分布拟定了计算数学模型,在一定参数范围内对制冷剂12实验管段进行了计算,计算结果与测得的实验值吻合良好,平均误差为5%.经与目前通用的几种经验计算公式比较,数值计算结果均处于各公式适用范围之内.因此本数学模型可以在较广的参数范围内替代经验公式.模型计算还证实空泡份额沿流道轴向是非线性分布.随参数不同、其非线性程度也不相同.
This paper works out a simple calculating mathematical model about axial profile of void fraction in a uniform heated upflow circular tube. Numerical computation for Refrige-rent 12 testing tube has been made in a given parameter range of R-12. The results of computation are fairly consistent with the experiment data of void fraction measured by capacitance void meter for the same condition as calculation. The mean relative error in calculation is 5.18%. Compared with several emperical formula most in use the model calculated results all fall on within the providing avaiable range of these formulas. This indicates that the provided model can take the place of these emperical formulas in wider range of working parameter. The model may also be used for other working substances provided some constitutive equations must be changed suitably.
