介绍了直推角移式弹簧闸的结构及技术特点及受力分析.
At precent, 6 M and KJ old type winders are still widely used in China coal mine. The main ploblems of the angle displeacement hammer type brake system of the mine winders are as followings. It has too much connections. The reliability is poor. It will bring with high instantaneous stress during a braking, specially in an emergemcy braking. The high stress is 9 times than the normal stesss. If will make serious viberations during the braking torque increasing time. It is hard to use two stage braking. It has a large maintance work. The right thrust angle displeacement brake has following advantages. It can use two line braking. The torque transmission is simple. It can use two stage braking. It only needs a short time to rebuild the winder and the brake system can easy to be widely used in the mine winders. This paper also anlyzed the positive pressure of the right displeacement brake, the equal principle of positive and back braking torque of the brake, the necessary conditions of unloading brake, the stressing conditions of brake base. Taking one mine as example, this paper introduced the test method, including the meausrement of static braking torque and measurement of speed reduction for safety braking.
