非洛地平用于肾移植高血压患者的疗效观察

摘要 目的 :研究非洛地平用于治疗肾移植患者的疗效观察。方法 :4 5例肾移植患者随机分为 2组 :非洛地平治疗组 ;硝苯地平对照组。进行 1年以上的临床观察。两组患者年龄、性别、体重、临床指征差异均无显著性。结果 :显示非洛地平不干预环孢素A(CsA)代谢 ,未见其增强环孢素A肾毒性。结论 :实验结果提示 ,非洛地平用于肾移植并发高血压症患者的治疗安全有效。
