摘要
目的 :选择对临床作用有影响的药剂学指标 ,对不同厂家生产的左氧氟沙星注射液进行质量评价 ,并进行费用分析。方法 :参照国家药监局颁发的标准考察溶液颜色、pH值、有关物质及左氧氟沙星含量。结果 :7个厂家生产的左氧氟沙星注射液均达到局颁标准 ,但费用差别较大。结论 :不同厂家生产的左氧氟沙星注射液质量有差异 ,价格差异较大。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the qualities of levofloxacin injections produced by different factories. To use the pharmaceutics methods which were effective to clinical actions. METHODS The color, pH, related substances, concentration using related standards were determined. RESULTS Seven products from different factories were all qualified, but the fees for treatment were different. CONCLUSION The qualities of levofloxacin injections of different factories were similar,but the cost were notably different.
