摘要
目的 为医生诊断乳腺癌提供辅助手段。方法 采用激光拉曼光谱技术对乳腺组织切片进行研究。结果 细胞核上的拉曼峰较其它位置明显 ,癌变组织 86 0cm-1处的拉曼峰明显蓝移 ;16 10cm-1处的峰值与 15 2 5cm-1处的峰值比反映了病变与正常乳腺组织之间光谱的差异。结论 为激光拉曼光谱技术应用于乳腺癌的诊断提供了重要的实验依据。
Purpose:To offer a assistant meas for doctor to diagnose cancer. Method:Breast histological sections are studied by laser Ramam scattering technique.Resalt:the Raman spectra peaks of cell nucleus are more prominent and the 860cm -1 band of cancer tissues shifts towards shortwave obviously. Compared the peak value of 1610cm -1 to 1525cm -1 ,it reveals that the ratios are different between normal and cancer tissues. Conclusion:These results offer valuable data for the diagnosis of breast cancer with laser Raman spectra technique.
