摘要
内蒙古阿左旗毛纺厂在洗毛、染色、染整及洗地毯工艺中排出生产废水,排放量为200m^3/d,综合废水 COD 为175~1011.7mg/L,SS为77~1274mg/L,色度200~4000倍。该厂在实验的基础上采用硫酸铝化学混凝-微孔过滤机过滤-活性炭脱色工艺对污水进行处理,出水 COD 去除率为74.7~93%,SS 去除率为98.2~100%,出水无色透明,全部指标达到"七五"攻关指标。80%的水回用于洗毛车间。不回用时,微滤后直接排放。
The composite wastewater up to 200 cubic meters per day discarded from the wool washing,dyeing and carpet washing processes of the Wool Textile Plant of-Left Alasha Zon Hoshu in Inner Mongolia contains COD 715 to 1011.7 mg/l,SS77 to 1274 mg/l,and with color index 200 to 4000 times.On the basis of pilot-plant study the chemical coagulation by alum sulfate,filtration by microscreen and decolorizing by active carbon have been chosen for wastewater treatment.By this technology the removal efficiency of COD obtained ranges 74.7 to 93% and of SS 98.2 to 100%.All the indicators of the effluent can meet the requirement of 7th five-year plan period.80% of the efflu-nt is reused for wool washing process,effluent of unused portion or during the unused season is discharged directly to the sewer after micro-screen filtration.
