摘要
泰安污水处理厂设计日处理能力为5万 m^3,其中有2万 m^3处理后污水经三级处理后回用于城市工业冷却水和景观用水。该厂采用德国 A+A^2/O 工艺法和集散型监控系统。关键设备、仪表及控制装置均由国外引进。本文按工艺流程逐个介绍了系统中各构筑物的设计参数、控制方法和设备配置情况。
The design capacity of Tai' an Wastewater treatment plant is 50000 cubic meters per day,in which 20000 cubic meters per day is reused after reclamation by tertiary treatment for industrial cooling and urban landscape purposes.This plant engaged with A+A2/O process from Germany and equipped with concentrated-scattered monitoring controls system,the main equipments,measurement instruments and control apparatus were imported from abroad.The design criteria of treatment structures,system control measures and equipment installations are introduced sequentially according to the treatment process in this paper.
