摘要
叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇为溶剂 ,甲醇 +水 (6 5 +35 )为流动相 ,ODS为填料和紫外检测器分离测定氰菌胺。结果表明 ,其标准偏差为 0 0 0 1 2 ,变异系数为 0 1 2 % ,回收率为 99 85 % ,线性相关系数为 0 9998。
It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of fenoxanil by reversed phase HPLC,using methanol as solvent,methanol and wate (65+35) as mobile phase,packing by ODS and using UV detector.The results showed that standard deviation are 0 0012,the coefficient of variation are 0 12%,the average recovery are 99 85%,linear correlation are 0 9998.
