摘要
本文报道了一种采用TiO2 薄膜 ,具有光催化性能的环保型节能灯具。我们通过对自由曲面反射器的有效设计 ,提高了灯具效率。在灯具防护玻璃上涂敷的TiO2 薄膜具有光催化性质 ,可以有效的分解附着于灯具表面的有机物 ,降低灯具污染程度 ,提高光通维持率。可以广泛应用于室内外照明 ,提高使用效率 ,保持空气清新。
Study of an energy-saving and environment-friendly lighting system is presented in this paper.A modern advanced free form reflector with multi\|curves is employed for the designing of the reflector,which ensures the high efficiency of the luminaire.The protecting glass of the luminaire is dip\|coated or spin\|coated with transparent TiO\-2 photo\|catalytic film,which may dissolve dirt and grime on it under UV radiation of the lamp.Therefore,the luminaire is kept free from contamination and has a good lumen maintenance.The TiO\-2 photo\|catalytic film may also clean the organic pollutant to keep the air fresh.This lighting system may also be useful for automobile lighting including exterior and interior.
