摘要
本文叙述了不稳定煤层水采技术的进展情况,指出了存在的问题及其改进途径.
Hydro-mining technique has made promising progress in the recent years in China. Practical experience has shown that hydro-mining can achieve good techno-economic results, comparable to those of fully mechanized dry mining, not only in gently inclined, medium thick, stable coal seams, for example, in Bayi mine, Lujiatou mine in Kailuan, but also in steep coal seam, unstable seam in similar conditions. In addition, it shows its superiority in mining irregular coal seam, and seams disturbed badly by faults, in recovering all types of coal pillars and remanent pillars. This paper describes in details the progress that has been made in design and study of economic model of hydro-mining, coal face equipping, design of coal and water mixture chamber, entry layout in mining section, and dewatering. The existing problems and approaches for improvement are also dealt with.
