摘要
研究了聚丙烯酸烷基酯对中原原油的降凝作用。酯基碳原子数为16、18时,聚合物的降凝作用最好;酯基碳原子数为6、8、10,12时,聚合物的降凝作用最差;聚丙烯酸十二、十四、十六和十八酯的数均聚合度的范围为50~70时,聚合物具有较好的降凝作用,可使原油凝固点降低4~11℃。DSC分析表明,聚合物通过与原油中石蜡共晶而显示出降凝作用。
It was studied that pour point of Zhongyuan crude oil was depressed by poly (alkyl acrylates). Homopolymers of hexadecyl, octadecyl acrylate have better depressive effects than homopolymers of hexyl, octyl, decyl, docyl and tetradecyl acrylate. Homopolymers of dodecyl, tetradecyl, hexadecyl and octadecyl acrylate, with polymerisation degree in range of 50-70 each, could lower the pour point 4-11℃. DSC results indicated that the depression was given rise to the co-crystallization of the polymers with waxes in the crude oil.
