摘要
影响PET作为工程塑料的两大因素结晶缓慢和脆性。本文利用DSC、X射线衍射仪、Izod冲击机、SEM研究了几种高聚物改性PET工程塑料。结果发现,聚酯热熔胶不仅可以有效地降低PET的冷结晶峰温,而且还可以大大提高PET的冲击强度,是一种理想的改性剂,用量以小于25%为宜。扫描电镜观察发现增加聚酯热熔胶,有利于玻纤的定向分布。在所有以聚乙二醇为结晶促进剂的共混体系中,X射线衍射在2θ=15.5±2°出现另一特征峰,本文认为可能是由于聚乙二醇与PET发生部分酯交换反应所致。
PET (polyethylene terephalate) engineering plastics modified by a few kinds of polymer was investigated with aid of DSC, WAXD, Izod Impact Test and SEM. It was found that polyester molten adhesive not only decreases the peak temperature of coldcrystallization very effectively, but also increases the impact strength of PET very greatly, and is a kind of desirable improvers for PET. Increase of the amount of polyester molten adhesive is favorable to the directional arrangement of glass fiber in PET. WAXD has a sepeacial peak at 2θ= 15. 5 + 2. 0°with PEG as crystallinepromoter, which is believed that exchange ester occurs between PEG and PET.
