通过对物流服务范围的不断扩展给企业所带来的新的挑战和机遇进行深入分析,提出了物流业务外包战略是解决物流管理,提高物流运作效率的关键。进而说明了引入第三方物流服务的必要性和经济性,并指出了从企业的各个层面进行业务外包的不同结果和对企业的影响。
