摘要
在甲基丙(?)甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)及离子型共聚单体烯丙磺酸钠(NaAS)组成的无皂聚合体系中,加入CH_3OH做助溶剂,增大主单体在水中溶解度,减小了聚电解质的浓度。本文分别讨论了CH_3OH用量、NaAS浓度、引发剂K_2S_2O_8浓度及离子强度等因素对乳胶拉平均直径(D_W)、浓度(N_P)以及表面电荷性质的影响。
The latent solvent methanol were introduced into soap-free emulsion copolymerization system of methyl methacrylate (MMA)-butyl acrylate (BA)-sodium allyl sulfonate (NaAS) to raise monomers' solubility and decreas polyelectrolyte concentration. The effect of reaction conditions such as the ratio of methanol to water, NaAS concentration, KPS concentration and ionic-strength on particle median diameter, concentration and surface properties were studied.
