邓小平经济伦理思想是中国20世纪改革开放时代的产物,是中国特色社会主义实践的重大经济伦理问题的理论反映。它具有鲜明的改革开放的时代特色,以市场经济为平台,以伦理为价值导向,以实现人民的共同富裕为目标,以义利统一为原则,其核心是以人民利益为根本的发展观和公平观。它既继承前人,又突破陈规,既源于改革开放,又指导改革开放,为新世纪中国的深化改革、加快发展奠定了理论基础。
Deng Xiaoping's thoughts of economic ethics, as an outcome of China's reform and opening-up in late 20thcentury, is the theoretical reflection of the major economic and ethical problems in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is marked by the features of the reform and opening-up period, with the market economy as the platform, ethics as the value orientation, common prosperity of the people as the goal, and the unity of interest and principle as tenet.It embodies a view of development and fairness that takes people's interests as the core. It inherits the past, and yet breaks the ruts; it was born out of the reform and opening-up campaign and yet also guides it. In conclusion, Deng's economic ethical thoughts have laid a theoretical foundation for the deepening of China's reforms in the new century and for the acceleration of China's development.
