关于公司治理结构问题的产生是与股份有限公司的出现联系在一起的,至今已经有二三百年的历史了。而公司治理结构问题在全球真正引起广泛关注却是在最近二十多年间。实践使人们越来越清楚地认识到公司治理结构的完善程度影响公司的发展,影响投资者的信心,影响国民经济全局。
<abstract> is 200 or 300 years that the generation of problem of company control structure has been related with the appearance of joint-stock limit company. However, it is in the recent score of years that this problem is actually paid attention worldwide. Through practice, people have increasingly clearly learnt that the perfection degree of company control structure influences the development of a company, the confidence of an investor and the overall situation of the national economy.
