摘要
用聚乙烯醇制备了一种含水高达80%以上的水凝胶弹性体,并以该弹性体作为固定化增殖细胞的载体用于发酵生产酒精。用电镜、X射线衍射和DSC等手段对水凝胶的结构进行了研究,并测定了小分子物质在凝胶中的扩散性能和凝胶的力学性能。同时考察了以聚乙烯醇水凝胶为载体的固定化增殖细胞的活性。
PVA-Hydrogel-rubbery elastomer,containing above 80% water. Microbial cells for instance beer yeast, alcoholic yeast, lactic acid bacteria and glucase bacteria et al. were succefully immobilized on PVA-hydrogel. Using fermentative productions and synthetic reactions have got excellent results . In this paper, structure and properties of PVA-hydrogel were studied by ESM, DSC and X-ray diffraction, diffusion coefficients of cane suger, glucose urea and alchol were determined in PVA-hydrogel. Mechanical properties of PVA-hydrogel were measured. Fermentative processes were under taken by immobilized cells. Efferet of cane molass concentration and pH on producing alcohol.
