摘要
社会保障理论对社会保障的模式有导向作用。西方社会保障从作为危机管理的补救模式到作为促进经济增长的机制模式的转变 ,是与经济发展的外部环境和不同的经济发展阶段密切相关的 ,并且在不同时期的经济理论指导下建立的社会保障模式也有所不同。
Social security theory plays a leading role in social security mode. The transformation of western social security from remediation mode of crisis management to mechanism mode of promoting economic growth is closely related with the exterior environment of the economic development and different economic development phases. And the social security mode based on the guidance of economic theory in different periods is also different. This thesis intends to sort out social security theory of different genres in western economics and make comment on them.
