摘要
通过对辽宁省50年体育师资培养和培训工作的历史考察,阐述了经验与不足。科技先导和政策支持、教研网络、多层师范教育、多元培训方式等成为辽宁省建立良好师资队伍的重要经验,但也存在一些不足,主要表现为教育观念需要更新,另在培养和培训方式、教师科研能力培养、交流合作意识和方式等方面也需要进一步完善。
Through investigating the 50 years' history of cultivating and training P.E. teachers in Liaoning province,the paper expounded the experience and deficiency. Scientific and technological guide and policy support,teaching and research network,multi-layer normal education,plural training method and so on, became the important experience of the good teachers' team setting in Liaoning province,but there still exists deficiency.It was mainly showed in these aspects,such as the educational idea need upgrading,cultivating and training method,cultivation of teacher's scientific research ability,exchanging and corporating consciousness and way need to perfect further.
