摘要
关于公正的研究,旨在呼应当代社会对公正的诉求并求得对现实道德问题的理性解决。传统伦理的失灵,归根到底是因为它不是以公正为本位的伦理。当代伦理的使命在于,构建公正伦理,确立公正原则,使公正这一伦理学家们的理论问题走向对人类生存实践的普遍指导。实践公正原则的关键,在于让公正原则成为社会公正建设的指导原则;实践公正原则的根本,在于塑造个体的公正精神,让公正原则内化为人的德性。
The purpose of the study on justice is to reflect the society's appeal to justice and explore the solution to social moral problems. The cause of the failure of traditional morality, in the final analysis, lies in that it is not based on justice. The role of contemporary ethics is to construct justice ethics, establish justice principles, and to have justice which is regarded as a moralist's theoretic topic to become the guiding principles of human behavior. The key to applying justice principles is to make justice principles become the guidance in the construction of social morality. And the fundamentals in the implementation of justice principles is to shape the justice spirit of everyone, thus causing them internalized into human virtues.
