摘要
目的 研究自制复方苍耳液局部冲洗对内镜鼻窦术后康复的影响。方法 将90例慢性鼻窦炎Ⅱ型2期的患者随机分为两组,分别在内镜鼻窦术后采用生理盐水加庆大霉素和地塞米松或自制复方苍耳液冲洗术腔。结果 复方苍耳液组的总有效率和治愈率分别达93.3％、62.2％,经Ridit分析其疗效优于生理盐水加庆大霉素和地塞米松组(P<0.05)。结论内镜鼻窦术后采用复方苍耳液冲洗术腔是一种较好的选择,可提高内镜鼻窦手术的疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Compound Xanthium Solution (CCS) on chronic sinusitis following endoscopic surgery,used in a way of local irrigating. Methods Ninety cases with chronic sinusitis at type Ⅱ and stage Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups,and they were given local irrigating with CCS or normal saline(NS)plus dexamethasone(DXM)Respectively following endoscopic surgery(ESS)on the diseased sinuses. Results The curative and total effective rates were 93.3% and 62. 2% for the cases in treating group with CCS,significantly higher than that in controlling one with NS plus DXM(P<0.05). Conclusion This therapy combined ESS with CCS irrigating following sinus surgery is very effective for the treatment of chronic sinusitis, with significantly elevated therapeutic effects for ESS.
