摘要
目的 观察开音颗粒对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响。方法 按照通用方法进行实验。结果各给药组均有抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的作用,与模型组比较差异有高度显著性意义。结论 开音颗粒具有良好的抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic effects of Kaiyin Granule (KYG) on toes' swelling of rats caused by carrageenin. Methods The routine procedures were taken to carry out this experiment and KYG was given to different groups of rats at various dosages. Results All the animals in the treating groups treated with KYG were shown reduced toes' swelling caused by carrageenin, with significant differences when compared with that in controlling group. Conclusion KYG holds significant effects of anti-inflammation.
