摘要
利用主应力法解析了辊拔内直筋管的拔制力,并得到其解析解。该解比冷拔内直筋管的主应力解和冷拔实测值低许多。可为辊拔内直筋管设备选择提供依据。
The paper is analysized the drawing force for the roll-drawn inner fin tube by using the principal stress method and is derived the formula, which is much lower comparing with principal stress formula for cold-drawn inner fin tube and actual measured cold-drawn value, thus base for the selection of equipment for roll-drawn inner fin tube being provided.
