摘要
高职教育人才培养应把握 :目标是人才层次的高级性 ,重点是人才类型的技术性 ,注重培养手段的多样性 ,坚持价值取向的社会性 ,同时注意毕业生去向的基层性。
Talented professionals cultivated in higher vocational education programs are supposed to attain the following goals:training level of the talented should be determined at advanced level;professionalism of the talented is the training focus;educational approaches should be diversified;training value should be assessed by the society.Meanwhile,more attention should be paid to the graduate’service for the grass roots.
