摘要
分析了引进圆坯连铸机中间包的设计、制造情况及烘烤、预热中出现裂纹的情况,提出了裂纹处理方法及设计、制造的改进意见。
Based on the studies and analyses regarding the design & manufacture of the tundish for an imported round bloom continuous casting plant and the tundish crack developing conditions during drying and preheating piocesses, corresponding crack treatment method and improvement on the design & manufacture are proposed.
