摘要
对自动轧管机组的芯棒孔型进行了研究,试验表明,采用带椭圆段的自动轧管机芯棒和均整机芯棒,可以减小钢管壁厚不均,增大均整时的壁厚压下量。
As a result of an investigation and experiments on the mandrel pass of the plug mill, it is concluded that the employment of mandrel bars with an oval section for both plug mill proper and reeler will play a role of reducing wall unevenness and enhancing the gauge serew-down amount during reeling.
