摘要 小型二辊斜轧穿孔工具设计及调整的差异将造成所轧毛管内螺纹缺陷严重,分析了内螺纹形成的原因,介绍了减少内螺纹的措施及其效果。 For the small two-high rotary piercer product, serious inner surface helical rolling marks might be caused due to improper operational tooling design and adjustment. Factors involving formation of the said defect are analyzed and the measures to reduce the defect and their actual effect introduced in this paper.
