摘要
将水轮发电机组系统的振动问题分解为轴向振动、径向弯曲振动及切向扭转振动进行研究 .机组的轴向振动分解成转子与转轮组成的弹簧系统的轴向振动和机组主轴的轴向振动两个系统来考虑 ,机组的主轴径向弯曲振动分解成两端铰支 ,中部加集中转子质量、两端铰支 ,中间为均匀主轴、一端铰支 ,另一端加集中的转轮质量等 3个系统来考虑 ,机组的切向扭转振动分解成转子与转轮组成的两圆盘扭转振动和机组主轴组成轴系统的扭转振动两个系统来考虑 .经过简化后 ,用数学方法分别推导出各系统的振动方程并解出振动方程解 .
The vibration of axial, radial bend and tangent torsion direction on water turbine-generator unit is discussed. Axial vibration is divided into the spring system consisting of the rotator and the runner, and the axial system of axis. Radial bend vibration is divided into two hinge systems with the rotator consisting of axis and one hinge system with the runner. Tangent torsion vibration is divided into two round plates torsion system consisting of the rotator and the runner, and the torsion system of axis. The mathematical equation solutions of the all systems vibration have been respectively achieved.
