摘要
目的 :了解患者因危重症进入ICU抢救治疗后其家属的焦虑心理程度 ,并通过综合心理干预改善和降低患者家属的焦虑程度。方法 :采用Zung自评焦虑量表对 10 0名患者家属进行调查 ,各 5 0名 ,随机分为对照组和干预组 ,干预组采用综合心理干预方法 ,对照组不予干预。结果 :两组焦虑的差异具有显著性P <0 .0 5。结论 :加强与患者家属的沟通 ,及时使患者家属了解患者动态变化 ,进行支持性心理护理 ,提供放松疗法 ,缓解精神压力 ,加大社会支持力度 。
Objective: To find out the anxious degree of the patients' family members as the patients were being treated in ICU and to alleviate and reduce the anxious degree of the patients' family members by integrative intervention in the mental state. Methods: 100 patients' family members were randomly subdivided into the control group and the intervention group and investigated by Zung Self-judged Form. We alleviated the intervention group by integrative mediation and then let all people judge themselves by SAS Form. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups P < 0.05. Conclusion: Enhancing the communication with the patients' family members, making them a better understanding of the patients' condition changes, providing the mental support nursing and the relaxing therapy, alleviating the stress and enlarging the social supportcan effectively alleviate and reduce the anxious degree of patients' family members.
