经鼻(面)罩双气道正压通气治疗Ⅱ型呼衰的护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :总结经鼻 (面 )罩双水平气道正压通气 (BiPAP)治疗Ⅱ型呼衰的护理。方法 :在治疗过程中做好心理护理及呼吸指导、加强气道管理、妥善固定面罩、注意气道湿化、做好床边监护。结果 :通气治疗后 2 2例病人的临床症状改善 ,通气前后PaCO2 、PaO2 、SaO2有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗Ⅱ型呼衰 ,熟练掌握护理操作 ,确保安全、有效通气 ,对改善低氧血症及CO2
