摘要
为探讨自体颌下腺移植再造泪腺治疗重症干眼病的护理方法 ,对 8例 ( 12侧 )重症干眼病患者行自体颌下腺显微移植治疗。术前进行受区皮肤准备 ,术后重点观察移植后颌下腺的存活状态、移植部位的血运及角膜上皮的修复情况 ,康复期对患者及家属进行有针对性的护理指导。随访 1个月至 3年 ,所移植颌下腺全部存活 ,眼干症状均明显改善 。
Objective: To discuss the nursing experinence of reconstructive lacrimal gland with free submandibular gland transfer for management of xerophthalmia. Methods: 8 cases (12 eyes) with total xerophthalmia were operated with mirovascular submandibular gland transfer to reconstruct lacrimal glands. The nursing procedures of preoperation evaluation of psychical status, skin preperation for operation field, strict postoperative observation of comea epithelial and nursing instruction to the patients and their families were concluded. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 36 months. Rusults: The results were satisfactory. The submandibular salivary gland relieved the dryness and improved visual acuities with no complication. Conclusion: To improve nursing care well on the patients during the treatment is helpful to reduce the complications and assure the treatment success.
