摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌等芽孢杆菌属的细菌是食品发酵工业中常见的污染菌。中国根霉 12 #可产生一种对芽孢杆菌属有强烈抗菌作用的抗生物质。本文利用抗生物质溶液浓度梯度培养法和透射电镜观察法研究了该抗生物质对枯草芽孢杆菌的作用方式。抗生物质溶液浓度梯度培养法的结果表明 ,当抗生物质的浓度达90 0 0 U/ml时 ,枯草芽孢杆菌的延滞期无限变长。透射电镜的观察结果表明该抗生物质主要作用于细胞壁 ,使细胞内容物溢出。由此可知 ,该抗生物质对枯草芽孢杆菌的作用方式为溶菌。
Bacillus subtillis is often contaminated in the food fermentation process. An antibiotic produced by Rhizopus chinesis No12 can inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtillis IFO3335. The mode of the antibiotic action on the strain was studied.A loop of the strain was inoculated into different concentrations of the antibiotic solution separately. The higher concentration of the antibiotic solution, the longer lag phase of the indicator strain was. When the concentration of the antibiotic solution was 9000 U/ml, the lag phase became unlimitedly long. Moreover, electron microscopic observations revealed that most of the indicator strain cells′ walls were disrupted, with the loss of internal contents. Results showed that the antibiotic′s mode of action on the indicator strain was bacteriolysis.
