摘要
秘书是从事脑力劳动的职业,其职责是为居于领导地位的机构或个人决策时提供信息或意见,并为决策的贯彻执行提供必要的事务性服务。秘书素质的优劣,直接影响领导机关的形象和决策水平,因此,通过做好选拔与培育工作,加强继续教育和自我修养等途径以提高秘书人员的综合素质尤为重要。
Secretary is a job for mental work whose responsibilities include providing information or suggestions to decision makers and provide routine service to the decision implementation. The quality of secretaries can make the difference between a reputed executive body with good decision making quality and one with poor decision making quality. It is therefore important to select the fight people and train them to acquire high competence through continuing education and self-cultivation
