摘要
高职院校图书馆建设应处理好三个问题:规划要有前瞻性,要充分考虑到信息技术的发展,要使设计人员与图书馆人员密切配合。在结构布局上要讲求科学、合理、正规化、标准化;在信息资源建设上要坚持特色藏书观,树立“三维”藏书观;在信息服务上应做到多样化与个性化相结合;另外,还应加强对图书馆工作人员的再培训。
The library construction in higher vocational college should solve the following three problems: In planning, we should have leading consciousness, which needs to consider the development of information technology and to make designer cooperate closely with librarian; In structure distribution, we should pursue scien tific? reasonable? normalized? standardized levels; In information resources construction, we should insist on characteristic ideas of storing books; In information service, we should combine varieties into specialities. Moreover much attention about the staff training should be paid.
